This quote guides how I try and live and BE in the world. I’m a storyteller, guide and fellow traveler who relishes supporting heart-centered changemakers of all shapes and sizes identify and unleash their superpowers in the world. I also integrate an understanding of mindfulness into my work which includes training in Reiki, Qi Gong, different breath work, mantra and meditation techniques.
